Shipping and Exchanges
Thank you for shopping with us here at YSB Boutique! Your satisfaction is our greatest priority. Our goal is to provide you with an exceptional online shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, Please let us know, and we will do everything we can to make it right for you.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGE
We do not offer refunds on any items as we operate on an exchange only policy. Should you receive an item as a result of our error, and or received an incorrect item we will make an exception to refund.

Exchange Policy
We ask our customers to please email us to initiate a return. ysbboutique@gmail.com. We are very conscientious about quality control with our garments and accessories. However, sometimes mistakes are made and we don't always catch damaged or flawed merchandise.
- Upon receiving your package, please look over your order. If you think you have received a damaged or flawed item, email us with your claim within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Any exchange items must be sent back within 7 days of you receiving your order.
- If the merchandise is flawed or damaged, please send a clear photo of the item with tags still attached. Please make sure the damaged or flawed item is clear as well. Please send these images via email or text.

- Returned items must be in their original form. They must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, unscented and tags still attached (This includes no make-up, deodorant, or any other type of mark). If we receive anything that does not match this criterion, we will not be able to offer an exchange.
- Please print, fill out, and include this form in your return package. CLICK HERE
- Once we receive your return package, we will carefully review the damage or flaw and process your return.
- Limit one exchange per customer per item
- When sending your item please allow 4-5 days for package transit; this will ensure that we receive your package, process the exchange and re-ship it again.
- Please Note we will not be able to process any exchanges after 14 days from the date you received the item.

- We are not responsible for any lost or stolen return items sent to us. We will always have a tracking number when we send out merchandise. Please contact your mail carrier if you have any problems. Always ask them for a tracking number when sending out your return.

All sale, clearance items, hats, accessories and or discounted items are FINAL SALE. (no exchanges or store credits will be accepted)
Processing & Shipping Policy
- Orders usually take 4-7 business days from shipment date to be delivered depending on your geographic location. If you live local It may be sooner.
- We currently use 2 shipping processes. USPS and personal home delivery within 20 miles
- Please keep in mind that all orders have a 1-2 day processing packing period before shipping transits apply.
- WE DO NOT PROVIDE OVERNIGHT SHIPPING OPTION.
